Oleg Lagun - massage therapist

Oleg is a qualified Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist, with valuable experience in the techniques of Swedish, sports and remedial massage including soft tissue release, neuromuscular technique, muscle energy technique, deep tissue technique, connective tissue manipulation and the positional release technique.

Oleg took his first massage course over ten years ago, but then added a diploma at the London College of Massage in 2012, and then went on to gain a professional BTEC level 5 diploma in clinical sport and remedial massage therapy as a soft tissue therapist with the London School of Sports Massage. He now is a fully member of the industry leading massage association ISRM.

He has a background in martial arts. This lets him adopt a better body control for more precise movements and with the option to apply more pressure where needed.

With his massage techniques, Oleg can release your muscle tension and pain, correct your posture, shorten your recovery period after an injury, prepare your body for a competition and help your body recover faster after a competition.

His focus is on your goals and how he can adapt his work to suit them best with his skills and techniques. For maximum effect, he uses a combination of basic and advanced massage techniques in his practice.

He says: "We all agree that it is important to try harder and push yourself to your limits in both sports and career. However, we also need to understand that it is just as important to take your time to relax and recover after a long day and over thousands of years, massage has been one of the best methods to achieve this."
